Very nice building. There was NO water the last day and NO warning or updates or even explanations when I checked out

La habitación muy limpia y muy funcional, cuenta con los servicios necesario y una cocina para poder preparar alimentos en caso de que así lo necesites. Muy comodo.

A melhor hospedagem que já fiquei em relação a serviços disponíveis e comodidades, os quartos são planejados, apesar do tamanho pequeno o espaço é super útil, um verdadeiro apartamento para se morar. Tudo perfeito para reserva por muitos dias.

The hotel is fine - very much get what you pay for. No big issues with service or cleanliness in the rooms, the one issue with the room is the shower is tiny. You can barely open the door and turn it on without flooding the rest of the bathroom. The common areas are a little more run down (in particular the gym - not much there). Only real downside vs. what was advertised was the hot tub on the roof was broken while we were there We stayed for one night - it was good for that.

I loved the location! Very walkable and felt safe. The staff, especially the breakfast ones, were awesome! The rooftop area was nice, but the hot tub didn’t have good jets. Elevators were quick and always available. We had one day with no water which really sucked but it’s not really the hotels fault. The beds were not very comfortable and there was a damn rooster waking us up super early but overall it was a great stay and a great price

La propiedad está en muy buenas condiciones y limpio. Muy buena la habitacion con una excelente vista de la ciudad. La comida de el restaurante muy buena pero el menú es limitado. El restaurante cierra a las 8pm lo cual considero un punto negativo ya que no hay otras opciones en el área. El desayuno estilo buffet muy bueno. La localización es excelente y se puede caminar a varios museos y puntos de interés. Durante la noche el área es solitaria e insegura. En cuanto a interacción con el personal fue muy poca con excepción de Luis en el restaurante. Todas las mañanas nos recibia con una sonrisa preguntando cómo había sido el día anterior y qué lugares habíamos visitado. Un gran ser humano.

This hotel charged me twice. First online, and then when I checked-in by asking for my credit card - without my knowledge even! So I emailed them several times to refund my second payment - but they just ignored my messages. Please double-check when they ask for your credit card if they already pre-charged it.

I enjoyed my stay at Spotty. Good location. Good room. Good service. Good price. I highly recommend it to others and would stay there again.
