It was very well located, cozy, with comfortable rooms, nice restaurant and other amenities. Helpful and friendly staff.

There were bedbugs in my bed - and I’m really sorry to write this because otherwise I liked this hotel a lot.

Breakfast was limited and same every day. For tea and coffee they have to get to kitchen to get hot water every times you order for it during breakfast times. Made mistakes for my stay room rent. They provide nuts and chips during your stay without telling you that they are not

Great location, plenty to do within walking distance such as shopping, dinning, ATM machines. Also its very easy to find CNG / Rickshaw right outside the hotel. The staff are welcoming, the rooftop pool was nice (not heated), The sauna is good but takes about an hour to fully heat up. The gym was ok for cardio but the heaviest dumbbells are 10kg - however, there is a local gym down the road 4 min walk. I think bathroom tiles could have been better cleaned, Overall it was a positive experience and I would come again if I ever needed a convenient stay.

The breakfast was good, traditional breakfast would have been nice to have some continental as well for those who do not like spicy. food in the morning, otherwise the breakfast items very good, had a variety which was really appreciative.

liked everything some small issues like the safe not working and nobody changed it, these small details need to be looked at. The property was really. nice loved the reception with the coffee shop combo. Also the restaurants could do better by having items available on the menu or reduce the menu to enable having those items available, but these a little things that can be overlooked but nice to have if possible.
