Gatlinburg Mountain Inn

Nothing!!!!

The property was nasty. The bed linens were dirty. The shower had soap in the tub. It smelt terrible. The location didn’t feel safe.

Clean and comfortable room and close to Gatlinburg

Small bathroom toilet was close to the wall hard to use it comfortably

When you book your vacation to be there for 5 days a little bit ridiculous that you had to ask every day for more washcloths and house for two people you were handed one extra washcloth and one extra towel each day that does not suit if you know someone is staying for 5 days you think you would leave them at least 5 days worth of items was not a fan of the blinds was no way to keep the blinds open and have any light come in without being able to totally see in the room they needed regular blinds that you can open and close not the pool slide up and everybody can see in that ruins the whole privacy part and then you have to feel closed in because you can't have the curtains open to look out

Was not as close to all the activities which was fine and it was quiet. We did get to see a bear in the parking lot when we arrived.

The shower was hard to adjust for water temperature. We had no idea where the breakfast was and I was sure there was supposed to be one offered.

It was clean. Liked the area

It didn’t have microwave,coffee pot,hairdryer,not much at all. Property manager isn’t on site.

It was a quick 5 minute walk to the main area. It was quiet and clean. Beds were nice and firm.

I didn’t have any complaints.
