Close enough to everything without being in the busyness

Whn the neighbors are loud you can hear them for sure

Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located! You are close enough from the strip to walk but far enough away from the traffic and noise. The trolley stop is right next to the property so you don’t have to walk back up! *Note: the last Trolley leaves the aquarium around 9:30! (At least it does in the month of April)

The staff and owner were exceptional. Very kind and helpful and went out of their way to help us and even let us park there beyond checkout until we were ready to leave for the day later so we wouldn’t have to pay for parking in town. So kind.

the value for the room couldn't be beat and the location right on the strip was amazing as well

The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. If you are around the facility enough you can tell they turk want you to have the best experience possible. They care about the cleanliness of the facility and making the guest feel welcomed. They fixed this place up the best they could and even though it's not perfect, it's perfect enough to stay at.

The rooms could use more lighting by the suitcase rack and upgrades made to the outlets between the beds. My plug wanted to fall out.

TV channels didnt work (cable signal undetected and no Internet connection makes the tv useless - but i am sure they can fix that and it maybe was only my room with the undetected cable signal)

Everything was convenient. We could walk to town to get to the attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfy. We will use this place again.
