"Do not expect much for the price presented. Great location with many spaces available, the people work there are decent."

Free and many parking spaces available. Close to many attractions nearby.

There were some bugs found in the room. The hairdryer was broken. Night light next to beds do not work/broken. No complimentary water provided.

I liked that we were in a room over looking the main road. It's walking distance to shopping, eating and activities. The room recently looked remodeled it was huge and nice.

The bed was a little firm but overall not bad.

It’s close enough to everything without having to deal with massive crowds , the front desk people were the sweetest and made us feel at home

Adding this to my short list of places to stay at either in Piegon Forge or Gatlinburg. Stayed 2 nights. Clean, quiet, safe, plenty parking. Off the parkway (blocks). I like that there's nothing behind it above hill. Pizza place across street not bad. Only 1/2 mile to most attractions. Walkable 100% Booked again in March
