Gatlinburg Mountain Inn

Gatlinburg in itself was a beautiful place to visit and see

The place to stay was horrible. Super dirty and uncomfortable. Would not stay there again. Pictures are not at all what the place is.

It’s a dated but remodeled motel. Not bad for the price, but keep your expectations low.

Hair dryer broken, pillows were terrible and only 2 per bed, walls were thin and other guests couldn’t be heard easily

Location is convenient to Downtown Gatlinburg

Would have liked hand soap in the bathroom.

The only thing we liked was the location.

There was stains and human hair in the beds. I told the desk staff about it and he offered another room which also had hair in the beds.

The most disgusting thing they can find, dead insects, cobwebs, hairs in the bathroom, dirt and leaves on the floor, the disgusting dirty sheets.. A disgusting place and liars, they sent us to clean the room and they never cleaned it. They didn't want to return the money for the reservation and treated us like trash.

Never, never, never would I recommend this place, the health department should inspect this place. It's unhealthy. And the manager is rude, ill-mannered and a liar.
