Location

Quality of room. Bed was uncomfortable. Decor was poor. Getting into the car park took off our front bumper because there was damage to the road getting onto the ramp of the car park.

"Good hotel, 10 mins walk to centre / gondola"

Nice hotel. 10 minutes walk to centre and gondola. Lovely spacious room. Decent breakfast. Good hotel bus every 30 mins.

Did not clean the room often. Bar at hotel expensive.

We had a great stay at Borovets Green - breakfast was excellent and staff friendly. Great facilities and taxi to and from slopes.

A fridge in the room would have been very helpful
