Borovets Green Hotel

Perfect for family break. Reasonably priced with good facilities. Staff were all really friendly and accommodating- arranging taxis and even ordering us some food from a local restaurant as we arrived later than the hotel restaurant was open.

Nothing although the shuttle bus fills up quickly so at peak times you may wait 2/3 drop offs before there is space

Basic amenities, with a large, warm room. Nice balcony view. Comfortable.

One hot drinks machine at breakfast. Difficulty checking out before 8am. Staff abrupt at times. Could do we a refurbishment.

Friendly staff , had a few problems with the studio but soon sorted them out. Breakfast was tasty and a good selection, dinner had something different each night. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Nice to have a shuttle bus to take you to the slopes.

The carpet needs changing, it was old and worn, not very clean, also the studio what we requested on the booking was nothing like the one we stayed in different room altogether. Also no table and chairs on the balcony.

Clean rooms, restaurant. Polite chef who catered to our allergies of gluten, egg and nuts.

The checkin staff, catering (other than chef) staff and coach driver were impolite. I couldn’t figure out why they just didn’t care. When we asked front desk if they could help us organise a day trip, the lady just shook her head saying she didn’t know anyone. The coach to slopes is a nine seater van when the number of guests far exceeds that. So folks end up queuing, sometimes walking. I am sure the hotel can organise a bigger coach. Hot water cools off as guests come back when slopes close at 4:30pm and use the shower all at once. The food is ok, nothing special.
