We don’t like this property

There are problems in flushing in bathroom, tv is not working properly used cake in freezer and linens are not being cleaned and make proper clothes

I recently booked a stay through Booking.com at a property that left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. The experience was marred by bad service and significant delays. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the delayed and unresponsive service. On multiple occasions, I tried reaching out to the front desk/kitchen and house service for assistance with various issues, but the response time was shockingly slow. (most time around an hour or sometimes more than 2 hours) It felt like my concerns were not a priority, leaving me to wonder about the professionalism of the property's staff. While I understand that hiccups can occur in the hospitality industry, the lack of proactive communication and a sincere effort to rectify the issues further added to my dissatisfaction. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both the property, urging them to address these issues promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

I had requested for some romantic decor as the stay was for my 1st night after marriage. But wasn't fulfilled by them

Big rooms. Hard working staff. The chef tried to accomodate specific requests.

Breakfast was basic. Nothing imaginative for the kind of property they are and the price they are charging. They seemed understaffed and hence service was tardy. One of the bathrooms we stayed constantly smelled bad. The common toilet near the reception was leaking and yet unattended. There was no constant hot water shower as they have instant geysers.
