Need to improve wifi issue

The property was recently taken over by the original owner hence they are renovating it viz. gym etc. The Wooden cottages are really beautiful, the swimming pool is scenic. The Sea facing rooms are really nice. The Pine Tree Shack and beach are just 2 minutes away where we can enjoy the beach benches with massage, food and drinks. Elrow club is near by. The beach is not too crowded. Rooms are clean and the staff is good. May be one has to ask for some facilities, but they are prompt to provide them if they have missed it.

The Google Map shows a road which doesn't reaches the Hotel. We stayed for 5 days, so were bored with the repeated breakfast menu.

The location is pretty much the only great thing about it

VERY DISAPPOINTING. I arrived late at night and they didn't have my room ready and when I was asking for more information, they were looking at each other with a goldfish look in their eyes and then they would give me BS about late checkout. Basically they had no idea I was coming. The shower wasn't working then they put me in a room with a better view but unfortunately the shower was also not working. The breakfast was very basic and I had to go and knock on the kitchen door and try to communicate with staff that spoke zero English and ask for breakfast. The buffet was always empty and the whole area was messy and dirty. And of course THE RATS ! I could hear rats crawling outside the walls and then one night , I came to my room and I found a HUGE rag outside my door and it was the size of a cat !! Its a shame. It could have been a great place if they invest in it and pay attention to the quality of services .

The Hotel Fat Blue Manager, He is not deserving any job in around the world n still he is there as Manager(it’s weird and very horrible person)

The location is next to calangute beach with a sea facing room.

Hotel does not have a car approach and parking. Staff Unavailable we waited 2 hrs to check in. Cleaning did not happen daily. Room poorly kept Insensitive management

The pictures of the room do not resemble the rooms in the property. Room service was not done despite several reminders. There was no water for a good 1 hour due to some motor issues. And there was even a rat inside the room. The rooms were not even cleaned properly before check in. The entire resort was full of mosquitoes. The experience overall was very bad.
