Nice decor. The ocean facing rooms have great view

Very few ocean facing rooms. The ones that are partial view, are really partial. It would be great if they installed fans in the restaurant as it gets very hot. They should plant more greenery on the beach front to provide better shade - see how the Riff next door did it, and this would entice more people to use the restaurant.

Lovely pool and beach area. Staff were amazing - Friendly and welcoming. Room was great. Excellent shower Balcony big enough to sit on with a table.

No bar area other than the restaurant. Can have a drink on the beach tables but no good if it rains. Didn't feel comfortable sitting in the restaurant just for a drink. Quiet just out of the centre but need a tuk tuk to get to the life. Breakfast offering ok but everything too cramped. Need to lean over a big toaster to reach the cereal.

It’s a shame I mark this down because of the manager. All the other staff couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are nice, great pool & fabulous bit on the beach!

The run in I had with the manager, by mistake I’d left money in the room & couldn’t find it when I returned as the room had been cleaned & tidied up. I spoke to the front of house manager then the general manager gave me a lecture about being more responsible & that I should be using the safe (which I was I just forgot the money I’d taken out), he assured me that his staff would not have taken the money, not once had I ever even referred to that I just couldn’t see the money as it wasn’t where I’d left it. He was very condescending towards me & obnoxious. I had one night left & really wanted to leave such a shame as I was even thinking of returning but won’t now due to that incident. Terrible way to speak to customers.

The location was great and the room (with wrap around balcony) was just as advertised. The restaurant staff were helpful and kind. The room service was good. The Hopper with egg in the morning was the only nice thing on the menu. We used the lovely hotel next door an eventually paid extra for our breakfasts and evening meals there.

The breakfasts were terrible, I dont know who wrote the comments online before. Fruit looked like it had been out for days, no cold drinking water just a warm jug. Coffee in jug not hot (we ordered and paid for one from the bar), juice was squash. Butter was margarine. The sliced meat was not chilled and didnt resemble anything id eat. Omelettes were runny and didnt taste of anything. Service on any order was so slow. The photos make out the bar in the restaurant was busy. No one ever used it at night, when we were there anyway. You cant swim from the location, currents in February where too dangerous.

Great location short walk into Main Street but also in a quiet area. The hotel was beautiful with a lovely pool and restaurant located on the beach. Friendly staff and clean room which was made fresh and tidied daily, highly recommend

Could not fault our stay

The room was lovely, spacious, clean, with a really great balcony. It does have the options of a fan or air-conditioning. The incredibly relaxing music from the hall wafted in to the bathroom which was very calming. The staff were exceptional and the food, delicious. The location is superb. Just a little bit out of the main he could do a town where you can enjoy wonderful stroll along the beach and even in this busy time of year it felt extremely quiet. Tuk tuk into town is easy and inexpensive.

The only thing I’d comment on was please put some good yoga mats in the gym, that they might be taken out to the beach first thing in the morning to do some sunrise yoga. The spa was basic, and I would’ve preferred to have been told that it was a male therapist.
