Crystal Pacific Palm Beach

Perfect location, beautiful decor and furniture, very comfortable beds

Only supplied a few sachets of dishwashing powered and laundry liquid for our 7 night stay. There was also no shower soap. Not a massive issue but meant we had to buy those items and then leave them there which I’m assuming others won’t get to use (hopefully they do!)

The beds and pillows- location was handy to the beach and small shops. pizza & BWS in walking distance and cafe for morning coffee. The pool was a nice addition. It was a cool weekend but still nice to get in it. Ample comfy towels also great. Outside top deck swing bed would have been nice to spend a sunny afternoon.

Coffee cups were stained on arrival/ I tried washing again Might need to replace with better quality ones? Being so close to the highway. Parking was easier than anticipated with reversing on an angle.

The space and the feel.

The noise from the highway and neighbours. Also the fumes from the highway made it not very nice to use the outdoor lounging area.

Very comfortable, close to the beach, many cute touches that show the owners care about guests.

We did not realise that the property was right next to a busy highway. You are hearing car noise by the pool and on the balcony. There are no opportunities to get groceries nearby, you have to drive.

Really beautifully done space, excellent conditions facilities and small details making it a beautiful stay

The place was very modern and clean lots of amenities. The barbecue was clean and easy to use. The swimming pool was heated and the kids had a great time using it. It was a short walk to the surf club and also the beach it has been recently renovated, so it’s still quite modern. We had no real issues at all. Would definitely stay again. We are a family of four with two young kids.
