Wonderful location, lovely unit which was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished. Sarah was extremely helpful regarding any special requests.

I wanted to love this place but unfortunately felt a little let down. On arrival the air con wasn’t working, we quickly let the owners know and someone came out to look at it but couldn’t get it to work. This meant the apartment was hot and sticky, being from the UK we were not use to the heat. They tried to get someone out the following day but unfortunately it would be another day before someone could look at it. I feel this could have been avoided if the apartment was checked correctly as there was a flashing symbol on the air con machine. The owners moved us to an apartment next door on day 2 but this meant we had already unpacked and had to pack everything up and unpack again for a very short 3 night stay. On arrival at the second apartment we found the key lock was loose and kept flapping down, making it very difficult to lock and luck the door. Batteries were not working in the sound bar remote which meant we couldn’t turn the tv up and down. A kitchen board was hanging off and the coffee machine leaked water everywhere when filled. The apartments look stylish and great however it felt like they couldn’t keep on top of basic maintenance

I would like to mention that the salt water pool also dyed all 4 of our swim suites / shorts yellow and did not come out in the wash. These had to be thrown away.
