Quality Inn near Chattanooga South

Location was convenient. Front desk guy was really professional and answered questions.

bed had stain, floor was sticky and place absolutely reeked of marijuana. we left early

Need a bit of renovations. TV size and direct TV is like traveling in time capsule.

TV did not work, . Toilet was about to fall over and attendant on duty was very hateful. I got a refund and went to a better hotel.

The staff was friendly enough. The curtains in the room had holes in them. The hotel is pet friendly and our room smelled like wet dog. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had tater tots and scrambled "eggs". My husband had to warm the tots in the microwave because they were cold. We didn't eat the fake eggs but I assume they were cold also because they were in the warming tray with the tots.

This may be the worst hotel experience I have had. My husband and I checked in around 8:30 pm. The TV in our room was not working. Also the room’s floors were sticky. We called front desk and someone came and couldn’t fix the TV so we were moved. We asked for a freshly cleaned room. The room we were moved to we noticed had floors that were still a little wet from recent “cleaning”. I used a towel to wipe them dry and the towel turned dark brown with filth! We basically put towels down and played hot lava to keep from touching the floors. In the night got up and tried to turn on the bedside lamp and found there was no knob- it was broken off so no way to turn on the light. The sink stopper was also missing. We were too tired to ask to be moved again. The final straw was at 5:30 am when we woke and just decided to get the heck out of there we noticed the smoke alarm battery compartment was open and EMPTY! No smoke alarm. We went to the front desk to complain but were told since we stayed there was nothing they could do. I don’t mind old or outdated but unclean and unsafe is not acceptable! Stay away!!!

So close to the karate tournament.

All double beds were on 2nd floor. Only single beds were on ground floor. I have difficulty walking & would have liked to have been on ground floor. The night clerk did get me a room right at the stairs which helped.

Pillows were comfortable

Not very clean by a grave yard ice machine was out air didn’t work my husband had to clean the filters to get it to kick on.
