Quality Inn near Chattanooga South

Rm was filthy, sheets hadn't been chgd, lots of shedded skin on the sheets, shower didnt wk, ring around the bath tub, gnats n rm, rm shade tattered & u cud c inside the rm if shade wasn't pushed bk n2 the window. Toilet felt like it was coming out the wall when u sat on it. Htl shud b dhut down until improvements r made. Msg Decho came 2 the rm & witnessed the problems. The other nt agt who was there on Thur nt when we ckd n, came & saw the shedded skin on the sheets n my bed. I saw the filty as soon as I rolled the top sheet bk. I then 📞 front & the agt came & chg the linen

My daughters and went to Georgia to see family. I booked this hotel through Expedia. The process was fast and easy. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was fast and easy. The problem was the room. It was dirty with and had several items from the last guest. There was food in the mini-fridge, money (change) on the table, something green smeared on the wall by the bed, and underwear left in the bathroom. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk who quickly came to inspect the room and "pick" off the green smear on the wall. We decided not to stay. I contacted Expedia. Expedia staff confirmed my issues and immediately refunded my money. Thanks Expedia. My tip is to always check the room and report all issues immediately.

The beds were comfy close to freeway loved there was no carpet

The guy at the front desk was rude and not friendly at all We waited around 20 mins before being helped rang the bell twice and the phone even rang twice before he came out and by that time there was a line of people behind us. Also pool was closed and the guy told us when we checked in breakfast was 6 to 9 went in around 645 and he told my child they didn't open till 7

Just off interstate & close to the event we came for.

I asked for a room on ground level because I have difficulty walking. He put us on 2 nd floor next to stairs that were blocked off so we had to walk even farther to get to & from our car. No a/c on,room hot for hrs. Woke up sweating even tho no covers. Fridge door open so it was hot. Floor dirty.
