When i got into the room the floors were so dirty that my shoes were sticking to the floor and at 11pm one night my phone in the room went off and shortly after i had banging on my door that woke my kids up. Made us feel very unsafe. Will never go there again.

Understaffed. Had to wait for the room to be cleaned at 10pm. When we came in there it stack like bleach. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was very mediocre.

"HORRIBLE"

Booked a room while on the road.Arrived at 1030 pm. There were no rooms ready for occupancy. There were 6 others waiting who did the same thing.Front desk clerk did not tell anyone that there was a problem and left the desk for extended periods of time with no explanation. After 1 hour of waiting we left

"Overwhelming mildew smell"

The room smelled like mildew or mold. We think it was coming from the AC unit but the smell was overpowering which spoiled our sleep. We were eager to leave the next morning. We will not stay at the quality inn again.
