The accommodations were nice.

The parking area is atrocious when you are checking in or checking out. There are very few luggage racks and the valets are less than friendly and helpful (to put it nicely). The parking garage, yuck. There was a long line in the lobby as people were all checking in at 4 pm and it was chaotic. I wish the hotel provided a map or where things were located within the hotel.

The website stated there was a bar.....there wasn't.

The hotel bar being open for our holiday stay.Would have inviting and more entertaining to be able to have some evening trips/ visits plus drinks during our stay!

The location

Staff lied to me abt thr grand prix fun park. They were close until feb 2026. I was told discounts on food but none of the places in the paper given was not true. Room was nasty and not cleaned. The entry way had trash and no one cleaned. I told the staff.
