Very nice, attentive staff. Only have valet parking which is slightly annoying, but the boys were always quick to retrieve our vehicle. Housekeeping staff are very noisy. There must be a fire station nearby, it was constant sirens and firetrucks during our 4 day stay.

"Fantastic location in Southside Chattanooga"

We are currently staying at this lovely hotel. The design by Tinker Ma is exquisite! The staff is excellent, and well trained in personal service and Southern hospitality!! I feel very pampered and comfortable! The location is primo!! My son chose this location while we were attending graduation festivities for my granddaughter from UTC!

We really enjoyed our quick get away at Kinley. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The Hotel was clean and quiet. The actual property was close to everything that we were attending. The Restaurant "Speak Easy" inside the Hotel was really good too.

Excellent location on Market street. Staff very friendly. Especially liked “Mo” who served breakfast. She was better than a Google guide to get around. 12 o’clock check out was very helpful.
