Wonderful location and excellent customer service

My significant other and I booked a last minute weekend trip to Chattanooga and were very pleased with our stay at Kinley. This was our second visit to the city. We previously stayed at The Edwin, which was outstanding, but wanted a different experience this trip. Kinley was modern, clean, and conveniently located across from a parking garage, and within walking distance to numerous excellent dining options. We enjoyed having a restaurant, bar, and speakeasy on site for times when we did not want to venture out. Our bartender, Sierra, was amazing and offered several local dining recommendations. I appreciated the complementary bottled water available in the lobby and the great customer service offered by all staff members. The rooms are slightly smaller than some may be accustomed to but we felt we had plenty of space. Our room was clean, cool, modern, and nicely furnished. The A/C and black out blinds were top notch, both of which are essential to my comfort. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and convenience of ice/an ice bucket on the floor. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown if you don't mind a 30-40 minute stroll. I would definitely recommend Kinley to anyone visiting Chattanooga, especially if you are a foodie and are looking for a different experience than staying near the river. The ease of check in and out were great, the valet was great. And the location was great, But.

The room was to small, I did not like the sink being outside the bathroom and there was no where to sit. Plus for me at least the bed was to low to the floor and not a very good matteress at all, uncomfortable.

Great location. Walkable it many restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the Speakeasy!

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We chose the Kinkey Chattanooga because of the location, which was perfect for walking to many restaurants and breweries and it didn't disappoint. The one downside was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I'd wake up throughout the night trying to get comfortable and I'd wake up in the morn with a sore back. Besides the bed everything was perfect and we'd stay again. .

The staff all were wonderful. From the valet, the checkin checkout they all were very nice and accommodating.
