"Good last minute stay"

The staff was friendly, we unexpectedly had to book due to a flight cancelation and major issues at the airport. Many, many, many people booked this hotel last minute. Shuttle driver and staff handled the rush of people well. Room set up and decor is fun. Hotel was quiet, we did not hear highway noise.

"Nice and close to where we were going"

The lady at the front desk was amazing! She was a delight to check us in! Very clean.

"Not really worth the money"

I was exhausted when I arrived. When I asked to see the menu, the staff was unconcerned and not sure if they were serving or not. The girl at the desk was sitting there eating (extremely unprofessional) but couldn't be bothered to make me a salad. The ice maker on floor 3 was broken so it involved running down to 2nd floor to get ice. Saulo got ice for me a couple of times since I have limited use of my left leg. He brought me fresh towels and was very polite. I hope he got the tip I left in the room for him.

Ended up here for one night due to a flight delay. The staff made this unplanned stay a great one- from the manager to the bartender. Would recommend.
