Overall everything was amazing, We had a really great time. CC at check in was very pleasant. But I will say the shower needs something on the floor. It felt like i was going to slop and fall.

We had a great time just a little mini vacation. Don’t live far from there but wanted a cute hotel with a pool and close to some fun things like Grapevine Mills Mall has to offer. I do think the lighting on the fourth floor was very dim going to our room, but other than that, it was a perfect staycation

Please get help for front desk. I know this isn’t the first time that flights had to put passengers up at 11:00 night because we missed a flight due to delay… 2 hours waiting to check in was unacceptable . Beautiful place nice and clean . Just wanted rest
