Robin Hood Tower

Great location, homely and hosts very welcoming.

Hosts were the friendliest, most amenable people possible! They went overboard to accommodate our needs, and even left us a small gift for our wedding anniversary, which was why we were there. Robin Hood Tower was small (two people only!) but immaculate and very comfortable, surrounded on two sides by woodland and on another by their beautiful garden, very peaceful. Easy access to pleasant woodland and canalside walks, and a railway station for trips to Matlock or Cromford. Many thanks to Steve and Elaine - we will be back!

Beautiful characterful property , v helpful owner with useful information on walks restaurants etc Position on canal is picture perfect. Interior tastefully done with lovely wood burner. Paths through beautiful woods along towpath from the door .

Nothing . However useful to know it’s perfect but small and you need to be mobile to use the stairs . Driveway a challenge for larger cars .

The location was idyllic and the property was lovely and comfortable. The walk along the canal we really enjoyed

Robin Hood Tower is really amazing. It is a lovely little building and facilities in a great spot for walking in the lovely Derbyshire countryside Steve and Elaine are lovely and have thought of everything to help you have a great stay!!.

The hosts, Steve and Elaine, were just wonderful. The property is in a great location with many walks of all kinds starting from right outside. It was spotless clean, lovely decorated and the small details really made it extra special.

We loved the quaint location in the little old industrial hamlet, so peaceful yet so handy for walks and nearby attractions, cafe nearby; Steve & Elaine were really helpful too.
