Riverside Casino & Golf Resort

The food was excellent and I did well at the tables. My wife hit several bonuses on her slot machines and we thought the staff was excellent. Had to get cocktails, need much more staff. Overall we loved winning and the food & service was outstanding. Our room was a little tired, renovation is needed but it was spotless. We will return soon.

The security guy told me to wait for their supervisor to check my ID which I’m already blue card membership in Riverside casino for 2 years. His attitude is very bad and the supervisor was even worse to talk to me. Even I went to VIP host for help, and the supervisor was very rude and his language was very rude and always interrupted me when I was talking. I can’t remember how much money lost to this casino, but I decided not to spend single dollar over there, and just get the free gifts and everything else. Thanks for the great employees to help me to quick gambling.

Great staff, easy check in, comfortable bed and a fantastic dinner at the steakhouse with a great wine list. It was a quick, fun & very enjoyable night out with my spouse.

Nothing to add

There was a problem at checking in. My card was charged but the clerk said he forgot to add the $50.00 deposit fee, so he recharged my credit card. I talked to a supervisor before checking out, but both charges are still on my card as pending today. Hopefully it will be resolved by tomorrow.
