Everything was good.

Beautiful Casino and great rooms!

Resort is beautiful. Enjoyed our dining experience in the buffet. And casino entertainment afterwards. On the other side, in our room the air conditioning unit was extremely loud so bad it was interfering with our sleep.

I woke to take a shower at 5:00am this morning. There was no hot water. I let the shower run for 15-20 minutes. I finally took a cold shower. Paying over $200 a night you would think they would give you hot water. I told the person when I checked out, but I don't expect to hear from anyone. I assume the circulating pumps aren't working, but why does a guest need to tell them that. Also, the morning crew at 22 & Vine were very disorganized. Only day old bakery products were offered and this was at 7:30am this morning.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy check in process. Enjoyed and will stay again when in the area. Very Clean!

We have found the food here and the rooms are several notches above their sister casino in Davenport, the Rhythm City Casino, in our opinion. Especially the rooms by far. Some of the furniture in the rooms could use some improvement though, not the most comfortable. They need to increase the amount of comps for food. Even though they have always provided a decent amount for us, the menu prices of the food have increased and the amount for comps has not. That's the good news. The bad news is the casino itself has no entertainment value, not to us anyway.....none. You can play for hours on end and it was boring to no end. Such as the slots, you can spin forever watching reels that basically never hit anything, spin after spin. So boring in fact you can almost fall asleep. And we didn't see it any better where anyone else was playing. The table games aren't much better. It doesn't matter how much you play on slots or even if you play less, that was our experience. It never has been the best experience, but this was worse. Other issues were ATM's and at times ticket cash-out machines were out of order. The hotel front desk could also use some help. The one employee didn't seem well trained at all, disappeared to the back room several times. Took us probably over 15 minutes for check-in with her. As the line grew longer behind us. It should have been a very simple check-in of about 3-4 minutes at most. And there were problems with the card reader at the front desk. So, that's the long and short of it. If you like good accommodations for staying and decent food, it has that and that's the end of it for us. And they have a golf course and a decent gift shop.

A great place for a couples getaway. Love music, dinner, ice cream, couples massage, gambling, and pool/hot tub. A great experience overall! Our room was a little dusty but I just wiped it down quick.
