Riverside Casino & Golf Resort

Needed a new players card, it took almost 20 min to get one! 🤷‍♂️ I got stuck behind a guy that couldn't find enough for ID to get his replaced and only one lady working the counter....as people started to line up behind me. That should have been handled differently. She should have let him continue to dig and told him, "excuse me, while you keeping looking I will help the next customer". Even after I got her to help me it took her almost 5 mins or more at the computer to print one 😟🤷‍♂️ The comp problem here has really gotten bad for us. They won't budge at all. For years we never had a problem and our play has not changed or decreased. When you don't try to meet people at least half way, it's not good. We walk in with that in the back of our mind....we tend to not play as long then, or different. And maybe not stay the night when we were going to or whatever. The idea of ANY casino is to try to keep patrons there as long as they can, better odds for them. It's just poor management here from whomever is making these decisions. Maybe they can't afford to anymore, IDK. Strange situation, we don't have these problems at other casino properties we patronize. So, we do what most would do. We go to the other properties that do take care of us....it's that simple 😉

For paying the outlandish price we paid, one would think that we would have a nice room. Then we get there only to find out the price of rooms went down by 350.00. which of course we were not reimbursed. So then we figure on great room for big price... Wrong! They put us in very last room at end of very long hall where the conference room was on one side of us & the stairwell was on the other side. There was non stop door slamming & loudness from both sides throughout our whole stay. We were supposed to have a hot tub in bedroom & there was not. Just a big shower with a jenky curtain tht was broken & you couldn't move it. There were no info packets next to phone about surrounding businesses had no info on room service, etc our luggage holder was broken. The only nice thing we have to say about our whole stay was that our massage down in the Spa was amazing. We certainly needed it to deal with our hotel stay. Overall experience with hotel.....VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Easy to get to. Pleasant check in, quickly done. It is a well cared for casino. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
