We booked our room two weeks ago for a one night stay 8/17/24. We arrived at 5:10 to find out our room wasn’t ready. There was a lot of people in the lobby also waiting. Apparently they over booked Friday and they didn’t have the rooms clean. We waited and waited. They ended up giving us a different room with just one bed and it was four of us. We finally got a room at 7:40 and caused us to be late to our concert. The next morning we went to the lobby and wanted to discuss on an agreement about the room and a possible refund of some sort. The young lady at the lobby said we would have to speak to the manager who wasn’t there and told us to check again after 10 am we did and she still wasn’t there.
I’ve stayed there at least 5 times and it’s by far the best location in Asheville. Awesome place with Amazing people that run it !
Nice hotel.
Came in for a Wedding and could’ve chosen a nicer place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Food was fresh and good, Starbucks was good and everyone working at the hotel was extremely friendly and attentive.
Only stayed for the night but loved the area, lots of places to shop, eat and drink!

Need paid for parking, need paid for WiFi… I try connected to WiFi but I can’t and the morning i receive a bill for $10 dollar and don’t used the WiFi… I need refund please
