We love how the hotel is on UNC Charlotte's campus. Our son just adds us to his parking campus parking pass and we get free parking at the hotel. Very nice rooms and hotel.
It was just a night but the room was really nice
Nice clean and very convenient
Checking in was easy and front desk customer service was great.
Customer service was awful. When I tried to speak with a manager about it, there was never one on duty. Dirty sheets in the room. Rooms were not ready on time. Staff had an attitude (Lajcia) when asked why the room wasnt ready and why when it was, we didnt recieve a call or for them to let us know (we were in the lobby).

Fabulous stay the Marriott UNC Charlotte. Super comfie beds, nice bar and restaurant and friendly staff. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!
All was simply beautiful
The property was very nice. I was a little taken back by the fact that check in was at 4 and I wasn’t able to get into my room until 8 due to the hotel having a large party that checked out late. After a long hot day of moving my daughter into college this was a big inconvenience. The hotel offered nothing for this inconvenience and neither did Expedia.
Great restaurant and bar in the hotel. Super clean and the staff were so very friendly!
