CHALET LUXURY TWO BEDROOMS

Stayed in a two bedroom chalet. Accommodations were lovely- plenty of room for the 4 of us- everything looked brand new. However, our check in was effectuated by text with the name of the unit and a code to get in, but no directions as to where the unit was located. There are multiple buildings. The road in to the lodge was unpaved and there is little lighting at night. We fortunately arrived during daylight but it took a lot of driving around to find the unit. A map would have been very helpful and essential for anyone renting a chalet and arriving after dark.
Nothing bad to say except for the fact that it a outside the city so having your own transportation is important

The front person was not friendly. We were there at 3:10 to check in. He said room not available until 4, and it was pouring down rain and we were wet from excursion. Unless we paid 25.00 and he could get us in immediately. I told him no. We will wait. That is not good customer service at all. He could have said normally we charge 25.00 for early check in but under circumstances I will waive the fee. Since it was on 50 minutes early.
Noisy due to poor insulation.
Of the three hotels we've stayed in within the Bear Creek neighborhood just north of Seward, this one was the best. The room was the largest and quietest. It included an electronic-heating faux fireplace; a kitchen table with seating; and a kitchenette with sink, plates, silverware and some pans, and a large refrigerator (but no stove). The beds had the best comforters of our travels. It is true that our room was hard to find in the complex (pale numbering not in the normal sequence; lack of clear signage), the complex's road are unfinished gravel; and the common-area amenities were basically in-process. Nonetheless, for us, it was hands-down the best place to stay in Seward, if you have a car.

USA few miles out of town in a nice setting in the woods. Shuttle service made it easy. New and clean and modern. Coffee shop on site!
I liked staying at this property a lot! Only thing is- it's technically not in Seward. It's like a 7 minute drive downtown. It would have been nice to have shuttles that go back and forth (and if there were maybe I was just not aware of them). Other than that, clean facilities, comfortable bed, and nice selection of TV options with the SMART Tv.
Super close to the national park and downtown Seward. Clean and comfy.
