USGreat location and everything was brand new. We liked that it was a little off the beaten path.
What has been done was top notch bit it didn't quite feel finished. The parking area had signs of not quite being finished (but I'm sure that will be fixed soon, so perhaps a moot point). Rooms could use luggage racks, a comfy chair and a bit more artwork. It has great bones. This austere look might be the goal so take this as just my opinion.
The rooms were very clean and modern, and very spacious as well! It was a convenient location, close to the port where our day cruises were leaving from and also the park entrance to Exit Glacier. Self check-in was smooth and clear instructions were provided. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful place if you are planning a trip to Seward.
Lovely n clean property. Room amenities high end n modern. Well appointed. Just the lack of coffee n such in the morning was a problem. Cafe did not open at the time it said it would. Kristen was awesome n so responsive...a gem to have in your property
Tv did not have standard cable channels. No ability to adjust thermostat. Otherwise rooms were clean. Had coffee and tea available in rooms.

Overall, the room was very nice, very clean and spacious. We were on the ground floor and there is not much insulation between floors, we could hear every footstep from the room above. The hotel is apparently still under construction, the grounds are gravel, mostly, and the hotel is a little out of the way, so there’s really nothing to see there, and no place to take a walk. The real issue is the check in process. You cannot get an early check in, you don’t get your code for check in until after 2:00 pm, the code won’t work until 4:00 pm unless you pay an extra $50. There was never anyone at the front desk to ask anything, so it was frustrating not having human interaction. The issue is not the room, it was great. Everything else fell far short.
