"Dobry hotel w nowoczesnej części Puebli. Ok na 1 noc."

Położenia w części nowoczesnej Puebli, blisko do Atlixco i na tym nam zależało. Bardzo duży pokój. A to wielki plus. I fajny widok. Basen ok dla chwili relaksu.

Brakuje wieszaków na ścianie, lustra w pokoju...I niestety bardzo słychać TV z pokoju obok. Poduszki niestety niewygodne- za wysokie. Śniadanie bardzo podstawowe.

Ubicación, lugar , instalaciones comodidad

La atención en el restaurante no fue mala pero si les falta mas atención, mas pendiente y una sonrisa . Solo la persona del acceso un varón fue muy atento . El mesero distraído y la persona a cargo de los alimentos mujer una señora como molesta enojada le pedía uno algo y si te atendía pero como a disgusto. Solo recomendación, mejoren ese detalle es la imagen del hotel. Gracias

Es una experiencia muy relajante, la vista es muy bella, la habitación y edificio muy modernos, comodidad y limpieza 10/10, volvería a hospedarme ahí las veces que sea, lo único que tengo detalle es la el alrededor pero eso es muy aparte, lo recomiendo!

Al haber hecho la reserva por internet la comunicación con los empleadosdel Hotel fue muy poca, no medireon infromación de nada, ha había directorio en el cuarto y no se colocó mi solicitud que era tener una secadora. Si me respetaron la reserva aunque llegamos a las 10;00 pm eso fue muy bueno. Cuando llegamos la pluma del estacionamiento estaba abierta y sin guardia, cualquiera se pudo meter al hotel por el elevador del estacionamiento directo a cualquier piso del hotel y a los cuartos. La maquinita del Lobby no tenía producto..
