Personal del hotel poco amable e interesado en dar una buena atención a los clientes la reservación prepagada no la quería hacer válida queriendo volver a cobrarla, después de decirle que ya estaba pagada lo reviso y se dió cuenta de su error, lo mismo pasó con el desayuno el mesero también aseguraba que nuestra reservación no lo incluía, no se cual sea el motivo para que su personal no revise las características de las reservaciones contratadas. Necesitan capacitar a su personal ya que tienen una actitud bastante negativa para sus clientes
