We stayed at the Gravity Hotel for 2 nights. It is a bit of journey from the centre of Seoul but was convenient for where we were visiting. The hotel seems relatively new and the room was comfortable and not too expensive for the area. The bathroom has blinds which not everyone would be happy with. Sound insulation was very good, we could not hear anything from the relatively busy road close to the hotel. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there is a good bakery near reception so we bought croissants and pastries there on one of the mornings. They were not too badly priced and were very tasty. Pangyo isn’t too far from Gangnam but Pangyo seemed a much more upmarket area. There’s even a Rolls Royce showroom opposite the hotel and the Hyundai Department Store is just a few minutes walk for those with plenty of money to spend at designer outlets. There is also another shopping mall near to the hotel and there are food outlets at both. We would happily stay at the Gravity Hotel again if we wanted to be in the Pangyo area.

Toothbrush and toothpastes are too expensive

The staff of this hotel was very friendly to the guests. They reflected all my requests before staying, and they sympathized with the customer's situation by feeling very sorry for the small things that were not mistakes. In particular, Kim Tae-hwan, who helped me with the check-in this time, tried to solve all the questions and requests, and was very impressed with his professional work. The breakfast I enjoyed during my stay was really delicious, and the location of the hotel was convenient to use the large shopping mall and Kakao hideout, so it was a good place to stay with my family. The service of this hotel was better than the 5-star hotel, and of course, I would like to visit again. I would like to highly recommend this hotel to my friends as well. If you are reading this at the hotel, please praise the female employee who sincerely answered my message (he contacted me directly on the phone) and Kim Tae-hwan who helped me check-in. I would like to visit Gravity Chosun Pangyo Hotel again next time.
