The Grady

This was our first stay at The Grady, and it did not disappoint. Friendly service from check-in through checkout, clean and comfortable room, and nice location.

This is a perfect hotel for a downtown Louisville weekend! You can walk pretty much anywhere. Clean, friendly, fun!

Amazing place and has lots of history.

The area is in a busy location, and the valet parking is not actually valet parking. You have to park and walk inside to notify someone of parking. In the South where we are from, this is not concerned "valet parking". Especially if you are charged $60.00 per day to use, plus tips. The staff was also letting people park in the valet drop off areas, to walk inside the local coffee shops. Meaning when you returned, you had no area to park your returned vehicle. The room air conditioner doesn't ever seem to cool off. The thermostat in the room was set to 69, and never fall below 75 degrees.

We had a great stay at The Grady. The room was comfortable and clean. I actually forgot my expensive custom pillow and they were kind enough to ship it back to me. I docked it one star because water pooled on the bathroom really badly, even though we were careful and used the bath mat. Other than that it was excellent.
