The hotel was beautiful! Our room was comfortable. Linda at the front desk was so helpful with suggestions of where to go for fun and what to order from the restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and was everything we expected. I wasn’t thrilled with the price of the valet or the kitchen being closed early because the oven died. Aside from those two things, it was great!

"Great quality hotel, downtown"

The beds are super comfortable and the showers are huge and high quality. I was slightly worried that having a street-view room would be noisy but Louisville was quiet even on a Friday night Hotel is very high quality My only downside is lack of parking, having to walk a couple times of blocks in a micro-storm put a literal dampener on the start of the weekend. Normally wouldn’t be an issue but when it rains it pours
