Stunning Sea View Penthouse – 2 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom

Fantastic views, lovely property with all the necessities, excellent communication from Nikki and Stef.

Oven dial labels are unreadable making it difficult to cook on the oven. We got there through trial and error and with a slightly overdone pizza!

easy access by using code. No fear to loose keys we were on a penthouse meaning the view was very nice indeed, especially in the night time The 2 bathrooms were very big, plenty of space

very dirty. Full of spiders and cobwebs, plenty of bits on the floor. I had to sweep the floor every room before feeling settled down No lift, not good if you have a 70 years old memeber of family Not enough toilet paper, not enough dish washer capsules, not enough bathroom towels!! a whole week with just 2 towels is insane!

Spacious apartment with a big attic lounge looking out over the beach. We liked the well equipped kitchen. The shower drain was blocked but they addressed this very quickly. The location is great for access to Yarmouth and Broads.

The fittings are a bit old and the hob area in the kitchen needed a degrease. The main door to the building didn't close properly.

The property inside was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean.

The view was amazing and everything was there that we needed.

The climb up the stairs took some getting used to. It was worth it for the view though.

Loved the view, the beach is amazing and very clean. The apartment had everything we needed except a plug for the bath! Loved the area, quiet with just enough to do.

When we arrived we didn't like the look of the outside of the building also on entering it didn't smell too fresh! Once in the apartment it was totally different.

The view, the location. also very comfortable. Excellent facilities and everything you could want.

While the apartment was excellent once you left the accommodation the property itself was very run down. When you pay a lot to stay somewhere you do not expect to have to empty your rubbish into outside bins at the end of your stay. The long trip to the bins highlighted just how run down the property was.
