Stunning Sea View Penthouse – 2 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom

The view was great.

Very underwhelming on arrival. Kerb appeal is nil. Coming into the building very shabby. The apartment was spacious but very tired looking. No Curtains in the lounge I appreciate the view is great from their but the opportunity to have some privacy at night would have been welcome. The balcony is unusable and looks rotten.

Had a great weekend, Seaview Penthouse is an amazing place to stay with stunning views of the lovely sandy beach. Would highly recommend staying here. Everything you could want and a stones throw away from Cafe , pub ,restaurant and beach.. Will definitely be back.

Shower temperature control not working and bed linen not right for duvets on the beds, an email to the hosts who were very prompt with their response assures us this will be dealt with ASAP.

Superb sea views from every window Great location Spotlessly clean Some nice soft furnishings, interior design Coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher tabs, washing liquid, hand wash and shower gel all supplied

Exterior of building old and dilapidated Communal hallways/stairways shabby, smelt of smoke, dirty and uninviting Hardly a penthouse, more attic rooms Quality of refurbishment not good, very poor finish Balcony not in use, photos misleading Bathrooms and plumbing poor, old mismatched, damaged fixtures and fittings When bath was filling no other hot tap could be used Dirty old yellow fan cover in shower room Did not seem to be any alternative fire exit other than main staircase to flat Very ineffective heating system, came on when sensor picked up movement in lounge - freezing on waking Not what we were expecting from the photos and description, very disappointed

The hosts had excellent communication through the entire stay. Offered help if needed etc. It was very quiet and peaceful. They even had a Christmas tree. spacious great views over the sea. However its very very dated in need of a good refurbishment and the mattresses were terrible you can feel the springs and lumps. They need updated to better quality they really do!! They also provide tea coffee sugar salt n pepper Towels. Provided and Very clean. Close to Yarmouth by 14 min drive.
