Staybridge Suites - Iowa City - Coralville by IHG

New and clean facilities in a great location.

Room was not ready in time, pull out bed was wet (hopefully from cleaning) and did not come with bedding. Went to front desk for bedding, and they said that it would need to wait 45 minutes until they had backup at the desk. Bedding arrived 75 minutes later. Staff was pleasant, but seemed understaffed. Not a bad experience, but expected more.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Room was spacious. We could walk to a pub and coffee. Very good breakfast.

Liked everything

Room and bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the hallways were generally quiet. I thought that the breakfast selection was also good with a variety of options.

My room key stopped working during my stay, but when I went to the front desk it was fixed immediately.

The rooms were large and comfy. The location was perfect with multiple restaurants within walking distance. There was ample parking across the street in a gated lot. I always felt safe in the area.

The room seemed a little dark and could have used more lights. I would have liked brighter light especially in the bathroom area making it easier to apply makeup.
