Economy Inn Sylva

Guest check in employee, older gentleman that seemed like the owner, is fairly rude and unwelcoming when getting checked in and the room keys. We had to kill a cockroach on the floor between the beds the evening of our first night

Bed was uncomfortable. The base of the bad was very noisey, every little move made a noise. Did not get much sleep.

It's a simple hotel but the location to downtown is great.

The rooms are bit updated but it had all that we needed.

The location is nice

I rented 2 rooms for 1 night. In the 1st room, the shower had no hot water in the shower, the sink had hot water. In the 2nd room we were unable to turn on the tv.

Nic was amazing, he made sure all our needs were met to accommodate my husband who is handicapped. We would definitely stay at this Inn again.

Lots of shopping options within walking distance. Wonderful restaurants and EV charging 2 blocks away for free.

The location was great, practically in the middle of downtown. The absolute best part however was the very sweet man running the place. We were very late arriving, so he called us to make sure we were still coming and then waited up for us to nearly 1 in the morning! REALLY sweet.

Very ckean older motel, comfy bed.
