Moxy Portland Downtown

Grayson, during our night time check in was super polite and professional, despite being swamped with a lot of other guests checking it at the same time. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was!

There should have been 2 check in hosts on staff that evening, and 2 bath towels included in the bathroom.

View from the room. Food inside the hotel, it so convenient. The location of this hotel was really good for travelers.

No ice machines other than going to the lobby/bar!!!!!! Person that checked us in obviously hates their job.

The location was excellent, the staff was great, and the beds were comfortable, but beyond this we can't recommend the Moxy and we would look to stay elsewhere for our next visit to Portland.

- Inability to adjust the lights individually (all on or all off) - Thin walls so we could hear actual conversations, and the white noise machine felt like a poor compromise. - No ability to make coffee or tea in the room. - No blankets. Incentivizing guests to use heat seemed environmentally unsound. - Virtually no furniture besides the bed. Rooms felt bare.

Duncan, who checked us in was quite helpful! Rooms were clean and stylish.

No Nespresso pods in my room. Had to go hunt for coffee outside the hotel.
