Moxy Portland Downtown

The FUN Vibe, the food carts, the bar. It is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed at.

It would be nice to have a tub and closet. Aside from that, I really enjoyed the decor.

I've stayed in several Moxy hotels and enjoy their them which is very small rooms, but much larger social areas for meeting other travelers, playing games, sharing stories, enjoying the bar, etc. The rooms, although very small, are filled with high-quality bedding, bathroom design, etc. The point is to enjoy your time in the room, but for most of your time to be spent in the social common areas of the property. Moxy Portland Downtown is in a very good location with some excellent restaurants, bars, shops only steps away. Much of what I wanted to do in the city was within walking distance, and anything not within walking distance was only a short drive away. This was a great base for exploring the city as well as daytripping out to the beautiful natural places all around the city and northern Oregon. I would recommend staying here, and the next time I am in Portland I definitely will stay again myself.

Excellent location right in downtown. Very clean rooms. New.

Sound insulation is not perfect, some noise coming from here, from there, but most of noise was coming from noise cancelling machine which was either broken or just useless. Installed in the room on the wall.

Erron was absolutely incredible!! I can't wait to be back!!

Duncan at the bar in the Moxy Portland Downtown is absolutely amazing! His personality alone makes the experience worth it; super friendly, engaging, and he knows how to make everyone feel welcome and have fun. On top of that, he makes some of the best drinks we’ve had in Portland. You can tell he really knows his craft and enjoys what he does. If you’re staying at or visiting the Portland definitely grab a drink from Duncan. Such a fun time and completely worth it!

Duncan was an incredible bartender! I was in town for the day from Atlanta and he made it feel like home instantly. Bar patrons and bar staff made a queer girl feel right at home. Can’t recommend the lobby vibes enough. And the drinks can’t be beat! He made everything I came up with and then some. What a delight!
