Jake at the Moxy Downtown Portland is so kind, professional, and accommodating. He set me up for success in a quiet room for my virtual meetings and made me the best toasted marshmallow latte I’ve ever had. This (among many other reasons) is why I always stay at the Moxy when I pass through Portland.

"Amazing Staff"

The staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The valets helped with my luggage and took the time to explain the texting system. Duncan deserves special mention. I told him it was a special trip to hang at Powell's for the day. He went out of his way to make sure I had a wonderful time and a nice quiet room to enjoy my books at the end of the day!!! Thanks guys! I'll see you soon!

Price, cleanliness, staff, accomodations, everything was great!!

The day we arrived, they had computer problems so the check in process was longer, but that was not an issue and everyone was great about it!! Yah can't help these problems sometimes but the way they did, was excellent!!
