"nice little room"

everything you need for a quick sleep over friendly staff at the reception

house keeping seemed very unfriendly and didnt say hello, moreover looked rather annoyed we used the elevator

"Great value but a little too hip for this older traveler"

Room. Comfortable bed. Good AC. They had a white noise machine to quiet the urban sounds. Duncan at the front desk was exceptional.

Water pressure in shower was low. Sink was draining slowly when I checked in. They did fix it. Sink never got hot. Toilet was really wide. I'm kind of skinny. It was weird. Halls too dark.

I liked the feel and vibe of the property

I didn’t like that there was only 1 towel and rag for the room. Also the toilet ran all night after being flushed for the first time

"Clean, polite, and great value!"

Grayson, during our night time check in was super polite and professional, despite being swamped with a lot of other guests checking it at the same time. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was!

There should have been 2 check in hosts on staff that evening, and 2 bath towels included in the bathroom.
