Carr's is a quaint atmosphere with rooms overlooking creek area for cookouts, firepits and enjoying the sounds of the water. It is located a short walk from downtown Gatlinburg. Rooms are not perfect but that is part of its charm. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay great. Their pricing is wonderful! If your all about "keeping up with the Jones", this place is not for you! If your looking for an opportunity to spend time out by the creek with your family and don't care about perfection in a room, this is for you. A very affordable place to stay! We will go back!
We stayed at Carr’s three nights. This is an older property but the room was large and clean. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and the riverfront seating just outside our room. It’s close enough to the craziness of Gatlinburg to walk and far enough to be away from the noise and traffic. Close walk to restaurants. The staff was welcoming and had great suggestions for us.
Paid for room near the river an that’s not what they gave me.. could use new tvs, it was really not showin a good picture on it. Smelled strong of bleach an I didn’t check in til after 400. Like they had just cleaned the room

The hotel was great.. it was very clean and the view of the river behind it was amazing. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be back. The room was very spacious and overall our stay was great.
Friendly staff. River in the back yard. The unit was a little outdated, but well taken care of. We would stay there again.
It's a throwback to the old motel and cottages that aren't so common anymore. The property is set by a rushing mountain stream with with quaint, clean and cozy rooms away from the noise tackiness that Gatlinburg has become.
Older rustic motel. Basic. Efficient and pleasant check in. Great river view. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit on the river’s edge in 57 degree weather at 8 pm in mid-February. Comfy chairs provided at fire pits and on room balcony overlooking the river. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Great value for the price. Will stay again!
We stayed a cottage. It was perfect for a girls weekend. It was very tidy and had everything we needed.
