We really loved staying at Carr's. The 2 bed cottage on the creek was absolutely perfect! We fell asleep each night with the rippling of the water. It was so peaceful and very private. The cottage had a nice mini kitchen that had enough of everything for us to make our own meals when we didn't feel like going out to eat. It was very cozy, clean and overall pretty comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the mattress and the pillows. The pillows are a bit too large (maybe new?) and left our necks a little stiff. Other than that, we had a wonderful time! I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

This place was convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Checking was easy. It was clean for the most part and we enjoyed our night stay there. However there was no breakfast served other than coffee so just be aware of that.

Like the nostalgic rooms with a bit of updating done. Clean. Owner not very friendly but desk clerk was nice. Tried to get additional night but when putting in cc number, date switched back a day and caused me to reserve another room for the same day. Had no help to fix. Afraid I paid $199 for an empty room.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet, maybe a little outdated but still a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing stay. Even have a playground for kids and told us to stay on the playground as long as we wanted after we checked out.
Great place for the money. The creek was right out our door, it was quiet, and we had a nice stay. The room was very musty smelling at first (understandable with the creek so close) but we left the door open and turned the ceiling fan on for a few minutes and it was ok.
The room was cute and amazing. The only complaint I have is the ac unit cover kept falling down and one of the blinds wouldn’t open. Other than that, amazing views and a great place to stay for a romantic getaway.
