Good staff attitude, affordable price

Both the switches were not working. The was a blackout for few hours, went to make a complaint but there was no one at the counter. The blanket given has a weird smell, I bet it hasn't been washed at all. You can see one corner of the ceiling is filled with black spots, it could be caused by water leakage. No aircon remote control, toiletries and the most important basin isn't even there.
