1-We make reservation for 6pax (3room) but only 3 towel available and when asked the reception keep say sorry because of the laundry closed even initially agreed to provide after make whatsapp call 2-Need to bring your own mug even have the hot water facilities in front of the reception. 3-No WIFI as advertised during booking time 4-Guest need to pay RM3/per room for the "Caj Kelestarian" by Pahang local authority.
