Very centrally located in a vibrant street with many bars and restaurants. Only 15-20 min walk from the central square.

Very nice apartment in a great location.

Poor contact with the host and a complicated check-in procedure via a third party website which required personal information, photos of the documents, and credit card details

Location is good considering proximity to Bologna Centrale station. Also the street had plenty of good food to offer.

Bathroom was a mess the shower was broken and the basin was waterlogged. Reported to host but no actions taken. On top of that, the AC was almost non functional. I opened the strainers and cleaned them and then it was a bit better. Dust everywhere. There was a fan which was again full of dust and didn’t work much. So it was a horrible heated stay in the middle of this summer months. Wifi wasn’t working initially but eventually worked after we restarted the router. One of the TV in the bedroom didn’t start. Maybe some power issue. Water in the bathroom was very low so taking shower with a broken one and will low water pressure was a nightmare. There were even plasters cracking from the ceiling and dropping in the bathroom. Photos attached

Spacious apartment with all the amenities you’d hope for Great spot, can walk around to all the attractions

Can be a bit noisy, but windows have great soundproofing.

Location

Poor communication. No responses when we needed help with our check in requirements. No personal contact. We asked for garage bags, only 1 was supplied. The space was fine and the location good but it's very noisy right below you. There are several bars and they party hard and late. Also didn't like the 57 stairs we weren't made aware of. There is no elevator. My wife and I are in our late 60's and fortunately are in good shape. Overall it's a decent place but best suited to a younger generation who can handle nois

The neighbourhood was a little loud at night but the bedroom was at the back of the apartment so noise was not an issue. The street art in the area was a big plus and there were plenty of options for a drink, coffee or meal. A supermarket was also just down the road.
