My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever.

The location was perfect. Next to a lot of cozy places to drink a beer or eat. Especially if you like more underground places to hang out. It was a warm apartment and had hot water all day long. Also, P., the guy that gave us the keys was really polite and helpful with everything we asked.

I don’t usually write any reviews but what a Botched job!! Invest more on the apartment or lower the price! 1. I will start with some general info, that did not bother us that much, but could bother someone else with higher standards. The apartment doesn’t have a window that light can come inside. Only if you leave the cover of the main door open, but that means that everyone can see you. The first one hour I could not connect with wifi, while my partner was connected, I unplugged the router and then plugged it again and it was ok. The blanket cover was smaller than the blanket itself and they hide it under the mattress. Didn’t bother me that one alone but adding the rest was quite ‘cheap’ move to do. 2. The first minute we came into the apartment I washed my face and teeth in the bathroom sink and the water did not drain. We texted P. and asked if we did something wrong, he brought us unclogging liquid but we couldn’t use it since the water never drained. So for the 3 days we stayed we used the kitchen sink. 3. The shower room had stains of mold which came of when I scrubbed it, so it was not throughly cleaned. 4. We asked the office if we could move the beds so we could sleep next to each other, they said yes and when we did, behind the beds there was a lot of dust and dirt. Not a big deal alone, but combined, kind of meh. 5. The worst is that, because of the building is to old we walked trough a corridor to get into the apartment. That’s ok. The first day we left the main door of the apartment open so we could smoke outside and later we saw a rat in that corridor. Good thing he ran into the stairs and through the basement and not the apartment. Put some traps, they are not expensive. Overall, none of these things are a dealbreaker BUT if you consider them all together and the fact we payed ~80 per night off season (we checked the prices for may and they are A LOT higher) we think it is WAY to expensive to have all these problems.

The location of the appartment was great with it being on a main street with lots of bars and restaurants and close to many shops, it was very convenient to get to and from the train station also. It was aslo a short 15/20 minute walk from the centre of the city which made exploring the area easy.

The shower was clogged with hair and dirt and so I had to remove and clean the drain myself. The bathroom also had some mould and so didn't feel super clean. The apartment and its facilities were satisfactory although it wasn't very homely / comfortable, with few basic complimentary comforts you expect for the price like coffee / tea / sugar etc.

Wonderful location. Laundry and kitchen well stocked.

The street has many bars and restaurants around. The property has a kitchen and all things you may need for washing etc nice shower.

I would have preferred a double bed.

It was in a great location not far from the centre, the street it was on had bars and restaurants and came alive at night

The apartment was small, cold and dark felt very cramped, no towel to wipe pots, the outside area could have been nicer felt like a passage way and could have done with a spruce up not inviting at all. The bed was uncomfortable you couldn't sit up in it because of the fitted cupboard above it, not ideal.

Location is only 10min walk away from centre.
