GuestHost - Pratello Il Gelso Apartments

Excellent location with restaurants and bars on the same steeet. Easy walk to downtown as well. Small place but very well organized. Loved the outdoor patio area.

Beds are too soft and not comfortable at all. Unfortunately the place was not ready when promised. Had to be cleaned and we waited 2 hours after coming off an overnight flight from Canada.

Good location. Really close to the city center. In the apartament you can find a lot of useful things.

The room temperature which was really cold most of the nights, the beds were not confortable.

weren’t told about neighbouring guests so we sat at 12pm in garden listening to Italian music and they came and complained

The location was perfect and very close to everything. The apartment, albeit small, was very smart and convenient, equipped with all the basic needs of a traveler. I wouldn't spend more than 3-4 days in this apartment as it is very small (even for one/two people).

good location, good price

Too expensive, too small. I had a very important work meeting that was finishing 30’ after check out time and I was refused to stay and do it from the apartment. Quite ridiculous especially if you consider that I paid more than 200€ per night for this cellar hole…
