Veldig hyggelig personale! Hjelpsomme er de og☺️ kort avstand til old town/ancient town hvor alle skredderne og lærbutikkene er. Men veldig rolig og stille sted, vi sov veldig godt her! Ingen lyder vi la merke til.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Maison Khoi Homestay. This is a legitimate homestay - the owners live in and are on hand for anything you need. The couple who own the house are so kind and helpful - they even woke us up when my boyfriends alarm didnt go off at 0330am as they were worried that we would miss our airport taxi (which we nearly did). The rooms are clean and modern. They offer free water and tidy your room each day. They booked taxis for us as needed and gave us lots of recommendations. Great location in a quieter part of Hoi An - no noisy traffic or parties and a quick walk to the centre of town.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, man war , mit einem netten Spaziergang verbunden, schnell im quirligen Zentrum. Es war alles sehr entspannt.

L'accueil, la propreté, la tranquilité de la rue, la déco,les conseils, les bonnes adresses locales, la possibilité de faire laver son linge...

Rien à redire peut être l'absence de petit déjeuner sur place mais la configuration de la maison ne le permet pas vraiment et des petits bars et restaurants sont tout près...

Fantastic property - for the price I genuinely can’t find a flaw. We actually ended up extending our stay because we liked it so much. I’m very noise sensitive and a light sleeper and found this to be one of the quietest stays I’ve had in Vietnam so I was delighted! We were actually given the choice of two rooms on arrival which was lovely to make a choice. Room was very clean on arrival. Great location, around a 10 minute walk to the old town but lots of shops/restaurants/spas nearby. Felt very safe in the area; everyone was so friendly. The staff were really friendly - unfortunately I became ill during our stay and they helped my husband to find a pharmacy and didn’t disturb us whilst I was unwell. They also changed all the sheets and towels once I started to feel better which I really appreciated. There were umbrellas available for us to use which really came in handy. Such a lovely stay for such an amazing price.

Small family owned homestay. Owners were super nice and attentive to all our needs. Location is a bit further away from the center but still walkable (just be aware if you have a stroller - there is a super incovenient bridge you have to cross to get to the old town. Might be easier to call a cab). Rooms were clean but a bit damp - most probably caused by recent floods.

Rooms are a bit cramped and toilet and bathroom are not separated by doors. Some hard barier or sliding doors would make it much more comfortable.
